How do I cancel my Membership?

If you find that the course isn’t working out for you. You can cancel your membership in accordance with our cancellation policy by emailing us at info@planacademy.com with your request.

For on-demand or self-paced courses only:

You are able to cancel your membership in the first 7 days for a full refund as per our 7 day moneyback guarantee.

If you should cancel after the first 7 days of your membership, you will still owe the remaining payments.
