What is your refund policy?

For online self-paced or on-demand courses.

If you’re not satisfied with the course you have purchased, you can request a full refund within the first 7 days from your purchase date. We’ll refund you without any fuss – as per our 7 day Moneyback Guarantee.

Email us at info@planacademy.com with your request to cancel your membership.

For live courses or events:

You can request a refund up to 1 hour before the course’s first live session starts.

Once the course has started, unfortunately no refunds will be issued.

For all refunds:

We will issue a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
